To create and maintain quality educational programs for children and adults by providing essential support and services that empower schools and other organizations to accomplish their educational goals and objectives.

Staff

Carol Thorne has over twenty years of experience in education with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Cameron University, a Masters Degree in Special Education from Northeast Louisiana University and a Texas Administration Certification from Texas A&M Commerce.

For the past five years, Ms. Thorne and her staff have been working to ensure the success of charter schools by offering consulting services regarding Texas Education Agency (TEA) and State Board of Education (SBOE) compliance issues. ESS consulting staff members are Casey Hasten, Jean Barnett and Andrea Yarter, all of whom have benefited from Ms. Thorne's tutelage and expertise.
